In its 35th year, the 2025 semifinalists for the James Beard Foundation Awards were announced on January 22, recognizing the best chefs and restaurateurs in the country. Finalists will be revealed on Wednesday, April 2, and winners will be honored at the James Beard Restaurant and Chef Awards ceremony on Monday, June 16, at the Lyric Opera of Chicago.
