Once your business profile has been created, giving your team access will allow you to more efficiently manage your account, jobs and candidates. On our platform, you may choose to add your team members as Admins or Managers, then you may further refine access for Managers per job post. Here we've outlined the roles to help you determine which is most appropriate for each person you choose to add.

Getting Started: Team Roles and Account Access - CulinaryAgents.com

Team Roles for Access to Your Business Profile

  • Admin
An Admin has full access to the business profile. Admins are able to view all jobs, billing information and can add/remove team members.

  • Manager
A Manager has limited access to the account and is able to create job posts, job ads, boost job ads as well as manage jobs that they are the Assignee or Follower of for your business. If they have not been assigned a role to a specific job, they will not be able to view data related to other jobs posted on your business profile.

Team Roles for Your Job Posts

  • Job Assignee
An Assignee is the person who ‘owns’ the job post on Culinary Agents. This team member is the main point person for managing the job post. Assigned jobs will appear in the team member's "My Business" section titled “Assigned”.

Assignees will receive the following email notifications for each job post:
    • Job Post Confirmation
    • New Applicants
    • New Messages from Applicants
    • Unread Applicant Reminders
    • Expired Job Alert

Important notes: Each job post requires an Assignee. There can only be one Assignee per job post and can be changed at any time. In order to be an Assignee, the individual must first be added as an Admin or Manager of the Business Profile.

  • Applicant Assignee
An Applicant Assignee is the point person for managing an individual applicant of a job post on Culinary Agents. This assignee can be edited throughout the different hiring stages to enhance team efficiency and will receive email notifications when the applicant sends a message through the platform.

Important notes: The Applicant Assignee feature is available only with a monthly subscription plan. Designating an Applicant Assignee is optional, if there is no assignee, the individual who posted the job will receive email notifications related to applicants. Admins, Job Assignees and Followers are able to edit the Applicant Assignee.
  • Job Follower
A Follower is a team member who will be updated on job posts when there are unread applicants. When a team member is following a job, it will be easily accessible in the team member's "My Business" section titled “Following”.

Followers will receive the following email notifications for each job post:
    • Unread Applicant Reminders
    • Expired Job Alert

Important notes: Adding Followers is optional. There is no limit to the number of followers per job post. In order to be a Follower, the individual must first be added as an Admin or Manager of the Business Profile.
