Screening questions are used to help your team identify applicants who meet your requirements. These questions can help you collect some basic qualification information about applicants prior to conducting an interview. When you post jobs on Culinary Agents, you have the option to add Screening Questions to the application process. You can choose to use your universal questions across all job posts or customize them to align with the specific role you're hiring for. Examples include questions related to skills, abilities, job preferences, career goals, aspirations, etc.

Question Format Types:
When creating Screening Questions, you have the option to choose between several styles, they are as follows:

  • Single Selection: This format allows you to create a list of responses for the applicant to choose from, only one response can be selected.
  • Multiple Selection: This format allows you to create a list of responses for the applicant to choose from, one or multiple responses can be selected.
  • Free Response: This format allows the applicant to enter their own response.

Job Specific Screening Questions

When you are posting a job, you have the option to either use your existing screening questions or customize the screening questions to be tailored to the specific position you’re recruiting for.

Culinary Agents - Job Specific Screening Questions

When you select “Add Question”, you’ll be brought to the same module to create a new question. This question will be specific to only the job you are posting and not your other jobs listed on your business profile. Once you save the custom question, you’ll see the rest of the screening questions that have been set up on your profile. You can then review and turn on/off the rest of the screening questions at your discretion.

Notes:

  1. Only Admins of a business profile are able to add/edit Screening Questions.
  2. This feature can only be activated with either Subscription ATS, Subscription ATS & Ad Bundle or Enterprise Plans. You may still populate questions in advance, however in order for them to be visible to applicants you will need to upgrade to the Monthly Subscription Plan (which can be canceled at any time).
