Reviewing applications is a critcal part of the hiring process. identifying reviewed applicants saves you time and allows you to easily communicate with your team about next steps.
Here are some best practices for using indicators on your applicant dashboard:
- Interested (Thumbs Up) - Easily give an applicant a green "thumbs up" after reviewing. Then you can sort by and come back to your list of "interested" when you are ready to take the next steps in the hiring process. This label is specific to the individual job post and will not carry over if an applicant applies to multiple or future jobs.
- Not Interested (Thumbs Down) - The orange "thumbs down" label helps to filter applicants that are not the right fit. This label is specific to the individual job post and will not carry over if an applicant applies to multiple or future jobs.
- Flag - The red "flag" allows you to add a note to an applicant which will attach to the current application as well as on any future applications from the same individual and will appear on the applicant dashboard for individual jobs. If you have multiple business profiles linked to a group profile, the applicant flag will carry over to any applications submitted by this individual for any of the other businesses.
