Group Billing allows you to streamline and scale existing operations as well as support future growth. This feature includes the ability to consolidate billing, control budgets and access financial reporting while giving your team a quick checkout option, without having to use a credit card (or track receipts) for individual transactions.

By activating Group Billing, your teams will have the ability to “Bill to Group” when placing job ads and boosting job ads. Then you will receive one invoice each month which includes all transactions for your Group. Payment will then automatically be processed with the authorized credit card.

 

Budget Control

Budget Control

Group Billing requires you to set a monthly budget for your team, while giving you the flexibility to customize for each business as needed. Budgets can easily be adjusted for peak hiring seasons, new openings, etc.

 

Financial Reporting

Group Billing provides a Monthly Spend Report for a bird’s eye view of transaction totals for each business as well as a detailed breakdown of the transaction types (e.g., job ads, boosts, subscriptions, etc.) to facilitate your internal accounting processes and forecasting.

 

How-to Activate Group Billing

Our Business Concierge Team is here to facilitate your Group Billing setup. Below are the steps for activation:

  1. Log into your Culinary Agents account
  2. Click "My Business" in the upper right corner of your screen
  3. Click “Group Billing” on the left navigation menu
  4. Toggle “Status” to “On”
  5. Enter your credit card information
  6. Click “Activate” 

 

How-to Edit Group Billing Notifications

Initially, your team’s Group Billing contact will default to the individual who activates the feature. 

  1. To update which Group Admins receive email notifications about Group Billing, follow these steps:
  2. Log into your Culinary Agents account
  3. Click "My Business" in the upper right corner of your screen
  4. Click “Companies”
  5. Click “Team” beneath the corresponding Group Profile
  6. Check the box “Billing Contact” beneath corresponding team member’s name
