Here at Culinary Agents, we exist to support and connect the hospitality community whose makeup is inherently diverse, with a focus on helping talent succeed in their careers. The ongoing racism, inequalities and tragedies experienced by the Black community, which have been amplified by recent events, are part of a broader and systemic issue within our society.

For positive change to occur, we feel it is our responsibility, collectively and individually, to be better by doing better. We are dedicated to listening, learning and sharing, in the hopes of a future where racial injustices and police brutality have no place. We stand in solidarity with the Black community and all marginalized communities.

Here is a roundup of resources to start educating yourself and your team on the complicated and challenging landscape of racism, bias, and prejudice.

If you have more information to share with the hospitality community, please email us ([email protected]) as we are continuing to add and update resources to help our community make positive change in support of anti-racism.
