2025 Colorado Michelin Star Winners

The Michelin Guide unveiled its 2025 Colorado list of starred restaurants on Monday, September 15th. This third edition introduces four new stars, including one two-star restaurant (with The Wolf's Tailor upgrading from one to two stars), three one-star restaurants, and new Green Stars for several restaurants. Congratulations to all of this year’s honorees!
