The Michelin Guide unveiled its inaugural list of starred restaurants for the American South on Monday, November 3rd. This list features one new Two Star restaurant, ten new One Star restaurants, and three new Green Stars. (Note: This award territory also includes Atlanta, whose restaurants have been eligible for Michelin Stars since 2023.) Congratulations to all of this year’s winners!
