Founded by Ahmass Fakahany and chef/partner Michael White, the group currently owns and operates 12 restaurants worldwide.
Manhattan restaurants: Marea (2009), Osteria Morini (2010), Ai Fiori (2010), New Jersey restaurants: Osteria Morini (2012) and Nicoletta (2014); Washington, D.C.: Osteria Morini (2013) and Nicoletta Italian Kitchen (2015). International ventures include Ristorante Morini (2013) in Istanbul, Turkey and Marea (2019) in Dubai.
