Ai Fiori

Ai Fiori is an Altamarea Group (Marea, 53, Osteria Morini) flagship concept that showcases modern interpretations of Italian and French Riviera cuisine. Open since 2010 and located inside The Langham (a 5-star luxury hotel in midtown Manhattan), Ai Fiori, which translates in Italian to ‘Among the Flowers’, offers an elegant and dazzling luxury dining experience. Whether in our spacious dining room with lush florals overlooking Fifth Avenue, one of our private rooms for an intimate gathering or business meeting, or at Bar Fiori our vibrant bar and lounge, our guests are treated to an experience as if they were in the Riviera. The menu features Altamarea Group signature handmade pastas and regional dishes inspired by land and sea. Favorites include the Crudo e Caviale (fluke crudo with caviar), Vellutata (lobster soup with black truffle), and Trofie Nero (squid ink pasta with scallops and seppia) – all on the menu since inception.

Ai Fiori is honored to be one of just a dozen restaurants in New York City to hold the prestigious Wine Spectator Grand Award. To date, Ai Fiori has been awarded Three Stars from New York Times and Four Stars from Forbes Travel Guide. The restaurant is led by Lauren DeSteno, Executive Chef and Yoshi Nonaka, Chef de Cuisine.
