Marea is the iconic flagship concept of Altamarea Group. Since opening in 2009, Marea has established itself as an anchor of Central Park and one of the premier fine dining restaurants in New York City. With the highest quality seafood sourced fresh daily from all over the world, Marea’s menu features signature items like astice (Nova Scotia lobster and burrata), handmade pastas – most notably the fusilli with bone marrow and octopus, as well as a seasonal selection of whole fish and shellfish (dover sole, langoustines and grilled lobster). The exquisite menu is complemented by an extensive, one-of-a-kind wine program that contains over 1,000 selections and has attracted wine enthusiasts, connoisseurs and collectors alike.
