The Michelin Guide unveiled its 2026 Colorado selection on Monday, September 14, recognizing 10 restaurants with Michelin stars. Now in its fourth year, the Colorado Guide welcomed one new starred restaurant to the list. Congratulations to all of this year’s honorees!
