The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone (CIA)

The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone is the college’s West Coast campus in the heart of the famous Napa Valley, in St. Helena, CA. The campus community includes food, wine, and education professionals; future chefs; and oenophiles.
