The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone is the college’s West Coast campus in the heart of the famous Napa Valley, in St. Helena, CA. The campus community includes food, wine, and education professionals; future chefs; and oenophiles. At the Greystone campus, the college offers its gold-standard associate degree programs in culinary arts and baking and pastry arts, as well as unique certificate programs in culinary arts and wine and beverages.
