Chef Dominique's newest shop, opened in 2021, is a celebration of croissants and all things viennoiserie, located right in the heart of our Flatiron NYC pastry kitchens.Think: fresh-baked croissants (plain & olive oil), new takes on French classics like a brioche Bressane with orange blossom water, seasonal fruit danishes and breakfast viennoiserie, our best-selling Brown Sugar DKA (Dominique's Kouign Amann), savory sandwiches on our homemade breads, and more!

It is here our guests can glimpse the behind-the-scenes magic of our workshop kitchen where the bulk of our daily production for all shops including our flagship Bakery in SoHo takes place in a bustling space filled with passion and creativity. Every weekend, we serve up freshly dreamed up pastries for everyone to enjoy in addition to many chef collaborations! A beautiful creation fresh out of the oven, a handcrafted beverage, perfect for a stroll one block away to the beautiful Madison Square Park.
