Jon and Vinny also partnered with Chef Ludo Lefebvre for Trois Mec, Petit Trois Highland, and Petit Trois Le Valley and with Chefs Sara Kramer and Sarah Hymanson for Kismet, Kismet Falafel and Kismet Rotisserie.
