Frasca Hospitality Group
About
Led by partners Chef Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson, Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey and Peter Hoglund, Frasca Hospitality Group strives to deliver gracious, warm hospitality at every turn. Founded in 2004 with the goal of creating “the best neighborhood restaurant in the world” and reminiscent of the Italian frascas they had visited in Italy’s Friuli-Venezia Giulia region, Bobby and Lachlan opened Frasca Food and Wine in August 2004, in Boulder, Colorado.
We believe evoking world class hospitality begins with how you make someone feel. In each of our restaurants, our guiding thought is manifested through genuine service, elevated cuisine and thoughtfully curated wine & spirits lists. Our core value of genuine hospitality starts with our entire team, from back of house to front of house and everywhere in between. We seek enthusiastic, ambitious and humble staff that want to be part of the culture of excellence, education and respect.
Since its founding nearly 20 years ago, Frasca Hospitality Group has intentionally and thoughtfully expanded with Italian- and European-inspired restaurants in Boulder and Denver, including: Pizzeria Alberico, a full-service, contemporary pizzeria inspired by the traditional pizzerias of Naples and named after the family of Bobby’s wife, Danette; Sunday Vinyl, a restaurant and wine bar that pays homage to the great wine regions of the world with a vibrant menu and all-vinyl, highest quality analog listening experience; and Tavernetta, a recipient of the Michelin Bib Gourmand in Denver’s Union Station neighborhood, which celebrates Italy’s vast culinary influences and authentic regional dishes. In spring 2024, the group will open Osteria Alberico, a neighborhood restaurant in Englewood (just south of Denver), highlighting a love for Italy’s culinary traditions, including Napoletana-style pizza, rustic pastas and rotating proteins.
Frasca Hospitality Group offers a competitive salary and outstanding benefits package to eligible employees. The benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, sick and vacation paid leave, 401(k) with company contribution, and an alternative transportation incentive program. .Frasca Hospitality Group is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
