Frasca Hospitality Group
About
Frasca Hospitality Group, led by partners Chef Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson, Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey, and Peter Hoglund, is dedicated to providing warm and gracious hospitality at every turn. Established in 2004 with the vision of creating "the best neighborhood restaurant in the world," the group opened Frasca Food and Wine in Boulder, Colorado, drawing inspiration from the frascas of Italy's Friuli-Venezia Giulia region.
At Frasca Hospitality Group, we believe that world-class hospitality begins with how you make someone feel. This philosophy is reflected in each of our restaurants through genuine service, elevated cuisine, and meticulously curated wine and spirits lists. Our commitment to genuine hospitality starts with our entire team, from the kitchen to the dining room and beyond. We seek enthusiastic, ambitious, and humble staff who want to be part of a culture of excellence, education, and respect.
Over the past two decades, Frasca Hospitality Group has expanded thoughtfully, with a focus on Italian- and European-inspired restaurants in Boulder and Denver. These include Pizzeria Alberico, a contemporary pizzeria inspired by Naples' traditional pizzerias and named after Bobby's wife's family; Sunday Vinyl, a restaurant and wine bar that celebrates the great wine regions of the world with a vibrant menu and an all-vinyl, high-quality analog listening experience; and Tavernetta, located in Denver's Union Station neighborhood, which has been awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand and showcases Italy's diverse culinary influences and authentic regional dishes.
In the summer of 2024, Frasca Hospitality Group will open Osteria Alberico, a neighborhood restaurant in Englewood, just south of Denver. This new venture will continue the group's tradition of highlighting Italy's culinary traditions, including Napoletana-style pizza, rustic pastas, and a rotating selection of proteins.
Frasca Hospitality Group offers a competitive salary and outstanding benefits package to eligible employees. The benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, sick and vacation paid leave, 401(k) with company contribution, and an alternative transportation incentive program. .Frasca Hospitality Group is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
