Currently working in opening Zauo New York, brand new fun-enthusiastic Japanese fishing restaurant located in Chelsea, Manhattan. As well working at DaDong New York, one of the China’s influential chef’s restaurant famously for the iconic Peking Duck and Beijing cuisine located in Bryant Park, Manhattan. I am always eager to learn and grow, receptive to the new ideas and seeking opportunities to learn and expand my knowledge based on my experience.
