There are a lot of people who come into this industry and leave as quickly as they came because it is so laborious. But I realized I’m doing what I’m passionate about and that is what keeps me motivated and inspired.
Working at The French Laundry taught me consistency and a sense of urgency.
When I have time to educate myself, you will find me reading, studying, and eating out.
Most of my inspirations come from traveling and experiencing different cultures.
