Made of anodized aluminum alloy and a pole with a wooden tip, it assures extreme sturdiness and a light and comfortable handling. The perforated head allows excess flour to be discharged very easily, greatly aiding oven cleaning and the success of the final product. The holes reduce friction between the dough and the paddle and absorb expansion.

The oval handle is firmly anchored to the head with an insert blocked by two metal rivets that gives great support to a delicate part that is notoriously sensitive to breakage.
