Developed by Chef Keller in collaboration with Cangshan, these end-grain cutting boards are made from the highest grade of solid black walnut trees in North America. These blocks are reversible with hand-grips carved into sides for easy lifting and flipping. They are treated with multiple coats of 100% food safe mineral oil, then buffed with a bees wax finish for moisture resistance, while the end-grain construction provides exceptional strength and durability and won't dull knife blades. Boards are handmade in Pennsylvania with North American walnut wood.
