• 1+ years of experience as a Line Cook practiced in cold & hot prep, grill, saute, plancha or griddle.
• Strong knife skills with the ability to execute dishes consistently and effectively.
• Desire to work within a large team in a very high volume kitchen.
• Positive attitude, team mentality, career-minded goals
• A culinary degree is a plus
