Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality sushi and operate the wok station during service.
• Maintain food prep standards and cleanliness in all areas.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of dishes during service.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sushi preparation and wok cooking.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of Asian cuisine.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
