Rezdôra is a NY Times 3-Star and Michelin Star Italian Restaurant dedicated to the food & hospitality of the Emilia Romagna region in Italy. The restaurant was founded by CIA graduate chef Stefano Secchi and entrepreneur David Switzer. Mr. Secchi’s father is from Italy and he has worked and cooked in the homeland for 3 years including at Osteria Francescana, All’Enoteca and Hosteria Giusti, based in Modena, Emilia Romagna and Canale, Piemonte respectively. We are seeking enthusiastic and hospitality-driven Servers who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate brings positive energy, attention to detail, and a true love for making every visit special and memorable.

Desired Qualifications:
- Joyful, outgoing, guest-centric individuals who have a passion for great food and wine served with care and consistency
- At least 2+ years of prior experience as a server or captain
- Experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant is preferred
- General knowledge of wines, spirits, and classic and craft cocktails
- The ability to clearly go thorough menu selections and provide a unique guest experience
- The ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
