China Grill Management (CGM) is an award-winning hospitality company that, with its affiliates, develops, owns and operates restaurants and bars around the globe.

Founded by Jeffrey Chodorow with the 1987 opening of the China Grill restaurant in the CBS “Black Rock” building in New York City—initially as a hobby--followed by locations in Miami Beach, Las Vegas, Chicago, Mexico City, and Dubai. Since CGM’s inception, Jeffrey and his team have created and operated many innovative restaurant concepts, and have reinvented hotel F&B through its partnership with Ian Schrager and Morgans Hotel Group (MHG). This partnership spawned the Asia de Cuba brand, first at NYC’s Morgan’s Hotel, followed by Los Angeles’ Mondrian Hotel, London’s St. Martin’s Lane Hotel, and San Francisco’s Clift Hotel, as well as the reinvention of the Blue Door at South Beach’s famed Delano Hotel in Miami Beach, and many other restaurants and bars at MHG properties worldwide.
