Founded by acclaimed chef, Mel Toledo, and wife, Sandy, FSE pulls inspiration from Chef Mel’s own time traveling Europe and staging at Michelin-starred restaurants throughout France. As a local dining destination and gathering spot, FSE offers high-end food in a casual and social environment accompanied by warm, knowledgeable, and intentional hospitality led by operating partner Nick Hassiotis.
