Straight forward Italian Food, cooked in wood burning ovens. We have three restaurants open now, and 2 more coming online in the first months of 2017 (Brooklyn and Yonkers). Fortina is growing at a rapid pace, and we need awesome people to continue this growth.
BOH-We spare zero expense on our kitchens. From pots and pans, to our giant wood burning ovens and combis, all of our restaurants are fully loaded. We are looking for highly creative, hands on, hard working chefs to add to our talent pool.
FOH- Our FOH team has been generally built from within, but we are looking to add a couple of talented managers. We are looking for super outgoing and motivated professionals. We pay well above market.
