There are currently six restaurants in the George Martin Group. The first is George Martin the Original, located in Rockville Centre since 1989, has been a recipient of awards and accolades from the New York Times and Newsday. Grillfire, a contemporary, upscale American grill is a popular meeting place in Merrick. Burger Bar, a casual burger-centric restaurant in Rockville Centre, offers a variety of crowd pleasers and a healthy menu of craft beer. George Martin’s Strip Steak, an intimate Steakhouse, is located in the Great River/East Islip area. Grillfire, an American grill and Añejo Rose are both located in the Hotel at Arundel Preserve in Hanover, MD. Anejo Rose, our most recent brand, is an upscale, high energy Mexican restaurant and tequila bar. Each of our restaurants offers a unique dining experience.
