Mimi Cheng’s is a cult-favorite Taiwanese-American dumpling shop founded by sisters Marian and Hannah Cheng in NYC’s East Village. Since 2014, we’ve been known for our artisanal dumplings made from our mom Mimi’s recipes, using the highest-quality ingredients like Berkshire pork, local upstate chicken, and fresh local vegetables. Beyond our core menu, we’re famous for our iconic monthly specials and collaborations with some of the best chefs, restaurants, and brands from cacio e pepe and french onion soup dumplings to collabs with James Beard–winning chefs, buzzy restaurants, and beloved food brands.
