Chef Hoyoung Kim spent 8 wonderful years working for Jungsik.
He started as a line cook to eventually become an executive chef. Chef Kim is an alumnus of the culinary school Ecole Ferrandi in Paris. He also worked with chef Pascal Barbot at the Michelin three-star restaurant L’Astrance.
