Alfalfa’s mission is to inspire communities through food and experiences that inspire joy. Alfalfa believes that happiness can be achieved by bringing more balance into our lives. The casual eatery brings forward a unique and delicious menu which strikes a balance of health and indulgence, with a focus on salads and doughnuts, and including breakfast burritos and Intelligentsia Coffee.

Alfalfa was Founded in 2018 by childhood friends in Hoboken, NJ, and opened its second store in Santa Monica, CA in 2021.
