RBM Restaurants is a NYC-based independent restaurant company operating five full service restaurants under two brands: Dock's Oyster Bar and Sarabeth's Restaurants. The key to running a great restaurant and making it a great place to work is to have a killer culture instead of a culture that kills. These are the principles that form our culture: Take Care of Guests, Take Care of Each Other. and Take Care of the House. It's that simple. What makes these principles great is that they are not circumstance dependent. Whatever and whenever; if you are doing anything that is in alignment with all three principles you are doing the right thing.
