Rallo Hospitality is a family operated restaurant group comprised of five unique concepts across New Jersey and New York. We began in 1987, when Chef Vic Rallo opened Basil T's Brewery & Italian Grill (now Birravino) with his father, Vic Sr. and brother, Bobby in Red Bank, New Jersey. Over 30 years later, the Rallo family has become a symbol of quality and authenticity in the east coast food scene. Our restaurants' dedication to food, wine, and service set us apart, and keep our guests coming back, time and time again. Today, we operate Birravino in Red Bank, NJ, Undici Taverna Rustica and Surf BBQ in Rumson, NJ, and Pastavino and Navy Pier Prime in Staten Island, NY.
