Drawing from the legacy of the First Empire, our restaurant takes its name and spirit from the Epang Palace—an architectural marvel symbolizing imperial power and prestige. Our character, based on the Fu (tiger tally), an emblem of authority and loyalty in ancient China, reflects this deep cultural heritage.
