Fiolina Pasta will be a multi-faceted dining experience featuring handmade pasta, an open kitchen, a thoughtfully crafted bar, a walk-through pasta room, a warm and welcoming main dining space, and ample outdoor seating. Private event spaces will provide the perfect setting for special occasions.

Fabio Trabocchi’s new Fiolina Pasta House is inspired by the female pasta makers of Italy — today its cultural icons — who carried on the tradition and the art of making pasta by hand. This craft is showcased daily in our pasta rooms.

In addition to our house-made pasta, Fiolina will serve light and seasonal salads, appetizers, shareable meat and seafood entrees, and authentic, family-favorite Italian desserts. Our charming venue will feature a whimsical design and timeless Italian cocktails, approachable Italian wines, and comfy patios for al fresco dining.
