Building upon a rich 24 year history of exceptional cuisine and gracious service The Belvedere has been reimagined into a seafood centric Mediterranean concept. Executive Chef David Codney's menu will feature the freshest seafood. Seasonal and organic vegetables will play a supporting role in the elevated culinary experience. Extensive wines by the glass -- including selections from the famed cellar - will be offered alongside market driven cocktails.
