SuGa by Susanna Foo is the latest venture by James Beard Award Winning Chef, Susanna Foo. Returning to Center City Philadelphia, after some time in Radnor, PA. Chef Foo is bringing Traditional Chinese Cuisine with modern techniques back to Philadelphia. It will feature Llang Pan, a traditional take on Chinese style small dishes. The first of its kind in the city. We are currently seeking both front and back of the house staff to build a great, food focused team.
