Be prepared to learn from everyone, especially those you least expect. Employees and guests will come at each situation from different perspectives, your willingness to view it as they do
can be enlightening.
Always be willing to ask for help.
It’s important to have mentors both inside and outside your industry. Surrounding yourself with people who have “been there, done that” will help to make you successful.
To remain motivated during tougher times at work be sure to reflect on where you have been and keep an eye on the future. Stay focused.
