✨ Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Delivering a consistently high level of customer service to each guest
    • Serving food to guests and engaging with them about what is being served
    • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the dinner menu and tasting menu, including allergy and ingredient information
    • Organizing and delivering necessary markings to guests
    • Preparing coffee and tea orders efficiently and accurately, upholding Gracie’s standards
    • Participating in team education on food, beverage, and service
    • Clearing, cleaning, and resetting each table after the guest leaves in accordance with the Gracie’s SOP

Compensation:

Position Type: Full & Part-Time Slots Open 

Shift Outlook: 2-4 Shifts a Week (Wed.-Sun.), 3PM-CLOSE, SUNDAY AVAILABILITY A MUST! 

Pay: Hourly Non-Exempt, $4/hr. + Gratuity (after training period)

Performance Schedule:  90 Day Check-In, yearly formal review
