Gracie’s Ventures Will Provide:
- Hands-on involvement with the leadership team and front/back-of-house operations as it pertains to Back Server

✨ Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering a consistently high level of customer service to each guest
- Serving food to guests and engaging with them about what is being served
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the dinner menu and tasting menu, including allergy and ingredient information
- Organizing and delivering necessary markings to guests
- Preparing coffee and tea orders efficiently and accurately, upholding Gracie’s standards
- Participating in team education on food, beverage, and service
- Clearing, cleaning, and resetting each table after the guest leaves in accordance with the Gracie’s SOP

Compensation:
Position Type: Full & Part-Time Slots Open
Shift Outlook: 2-4 Shifts a Week (Wed.-Sun.), 3PM-CLOSE, SUNDAY AVAILABILITY A MUST!
Pay: Hourly Non-Exempt, $4/hr. + Gratuity (after training period)
Performance Schedule: 90 Day Check-In, yearly formal review
