As a server at ilili, you are an ambassador of hospitality who is passionate about serving others and making people feel genuinely welcomed while maintaining the highest standards of operation.   

Key Responsibilities: 

• Ensure that all guests and team members feel genuinely welcomed and fundamentally honored. 

• Be an advocate of all internal policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs. 

• Help monitor and achieve company objectives in sales, service standards, and quality. 

• Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees, and guests.

Ideal Experience: 

• One year of dining room experience in a high volume, upscale restaurant. 

• Strong beverage knowledge and beverage preferred but not required. 

• Proven track record of dependability and a passion for hospitality.
