Job Details
We’re seeking a Floor Manager to lead breakfast, brunch, and dinner service in a fast-paced, Michelin-caliber environment. This is a hands-on, floor-driven role focused on service flow, team support, and consistent execution.
You bring:

Experience leading FOH teams in refined, high-volume restaurants

Hotel or luxury hospitality background (strongly preferred)

Comfort with Michelin-level standards balanced by warmth and ease

Open availability, including weekends and holidays

Familiarity with Filipino food and culture (a plus)
This role is ideal for someone who leads by presence, communicates with intention, supports their team with clarity and calm, and understands that great service is both disciplined and generous.
The dining room manager works closely alongside our director of operations and the rest of the management team, to assist with staff training, end of the night shifts, scheduling and reservation monitoring. Responsibilities include a combination of dining room service and administrative operations.
