Meteora is a destination for discovery, storytelling, and elemental cooking from two-Michelin-starred Chef Jordan Kahn. More than a restaurant, Meteora is an immersive culinary experience shaped by fire, seasonality, and the deep relationship between nature, craft, and hospitality.
We are seeking passionate culinary leaders at the Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and Executive Sous Chef levels to join our team and help guide the continued evolution of this ambitious and highly creative kitchen.

Meteora is a holistic culinary concept rooted in gastronomy, hospitality, art, design, and sound. The cuisine combines ancient, primordial cooking methods with modern technique, centered around meticulously sourced ingredients prepared over live fire and expressed through their elemental forms — leaf, root, stem, seed, shell, flesh, and bone.
Our tasting menu evolves constantly, guided by seasonality, research, and a commitment to creating meaningful guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute daily kitchen operations with consistency and excellence

Maintain the highest standards for ingredient handling, fire cookery, and plating

Support menu development, seasonal transitions, and R&D initiatives

Train, mentor, and develop culinary staff

Uphold sanitation, safety, and organizational systems

Collaborate closely with Chef Jordan Kahn and leadership team
-
Ensure a cohesive, calm, and focused kitchen environment
Qualifications

Leadership experience in a Michelin-level or equivalent fine dining environment

Strong technical foundation and deep respect for ingredients

Comfort working with live fire, tasting menus, and evolving menus

Exceptional organizational and communication skills

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $100,000.00) plus tips
