Michelin Stared Chef Christophe Bellanca is looking for a dynamic and well versed Host/Hostess to join his team at Essential by Christophe!
The Host/Hostess is responsible for consistently providing restaurant guests with the upmost hospitality, delivering an impeccable experience every time.
We are looking for an individual who has an exceptional knowledge of food & beverage, creativity and flair. The right candidate will have at least three years of fine dining experience in a fast-paced, kitchen-driven dining environment, strong industry presence and proven success track record.
Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless and gracious first impression.

Manage reservations and floor plan flow using OpenTable.

Coordinate closely with captains, Guest Experience Coordinator, and management to maintain an even pace of service.

Anticipate guest needs and accommodate special requests with professionalism and discretion.

Maintain a polished and composed demeanor at all times.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining or Michelin-rated restaurant.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability.

A calm, professional presence under pressure.

Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($21.00 - $23.00)
