Buttercup, from the team behind Oliver’s, is a 40-seat aperitivo bar and all-day café in Chicago’s South Loop (SoLo District) built around the world’s best amaro party. With an extensive amaro library and a cocktail program rooted in storytelling, we’re cultivating elevated hospitality. Refined but never fussy, vibrant yet approachable, where curiosity meets craft.
