Rooted in Northwestern Argentine traditions, our bakery, market, and restaurant offer a modern escape in the city of Philadelphia. We believe in creating simple, beautiful food in a beautiful setting—welcoming both our guests and our team.

Reflecting the seasons and our commitment to real, simple food, we make everything in-house. Our kitchen is seed oil-free, we use grass-fed beef, and we partner with small, dedicated producers both locally and globally.

The Bakery:Our pastry counter meets the modern all-day café by Jezabel Careaga, serving Argentine empanadas, alfajores, and a variety of seasonal offerings. These feature Vamo Coffee at our espresso bar and single-origin loose leaf teas by In Pursuit of Tea. A bite of a medialuna and a sip of café con leche will transport you to Buenos Aires. This space is designed for casual indoor dining, al fresco garden dining, or takeaway.

The Market: The market operates in two ways. First, as a curated selection of items that make simple living eco-friendly and timeless, highlighting local producers and artisans—available in our Bakery. Second, as a stand in local farmers’ markets, offering empanadas, pastries, veggie sides, and sauces.

The Dining Room: Whether you join us in our Atelier or at our Chef’s counter in the open kitchen—where all the fun happens—you'll experience a Northwestern Argentine menu inspired by Jezabel’s childhood memories, her travels, and her daily dining table. Restaurant guests can expect a Argentine charm and a casual, hands-on dining experience, because that’s the best way to enjoy an empanada.

We are open for breakfast, lunch, and takeaway Wednesday to Monday.

We also offer cooking classes at our Chef’s counter and private dinners in our open kitchen dining room or Atelier (or both), for groups of 12 to 50 guests. These are available Wednesday to Friday, with occasional Saturday availability for larger celebrations.
