We care about people and we care about craft, that’s our heartbeat. We utilize the gifts of California’s small farmer’s community to feature and celebrate the traditions of Japanese cuisine. It’s important to us that we offer a unique gathering place to hear new music, argue about art, commiserate, celebrate, strive for creative excellence, eat nutritious food, and support sustainability. 

And just maybe, somewhere along the way, we help push our collective conversation forward.  We’re motivated by diligence, attention to detail and warm heartfelt hospitality. rVr is a place where our community, from staff to patrons, kiddos to grandparents, feel at home and cared for.
