Eckhart Beer Co.

Eckhart Beer Co. is a new, 8000-square-foot brewery and taproom in Brooklyn, specializing in European- style lagers. With an expected Summer 2024 opening date, Eckhart will bring the best of the European lager beer tradition–from raw ingredients, to brewing process, to hospitality–to the heart of Brooklyn. Eckhart will embrace a “narrow-but-deep” approach to the craft brewing movement, featuring a small range of beers but focusing on perfection, tradition, and authenticity at all levels. Eckhart will have a fully built-out, 100-seat taproom with a full kitchen, and we intend to create a welcoming and convivial space that is a destination for casual beer drinkers and aficionados alike.
