Falansai is a Vietnamese-American restaurant by chef/owner Eric Tran. Located in the heart of Bushwick, Brooklyn, we are all about feeding the world delicious Vietnamese food that challenges the traditional ideas of what constitutes "American" cuisine.

We have put a lot of thought into pairing seasonal sourcing with local purveyors. We practice whole animal butchery. From smoked & grilled meats, to house-made charcuterie, to fresh & cured sausages, we highlight the entire animal in a multitude of ways.

All that being said, we are here to provide you with good vibes and delicious food.
