Long Shot Hospitality is a Washington DC-based restaurant group led by seasoned partners that have cut our teeth working in bars and restaurants across the city and the region. We put our collective heads together to blend imagination with practicality and aspiration with the nitty-gritty. Our commitment to sustainable efforts includes relationships built with local farmers and organizations like Dock to Dish, Harris Creek Oyster Co., Oyster Recovery Partnership, and Anacostia Riverkeeper.

At Long Shot Hospitality we each bring a unique set of experiences and strengths but what ties us together is a shared love for food, cocktails, beer, wine, and the simple joy of hospitality. Restaurants include The Salt Line - DC, Ballston, and Bethesda and Dauphine's, and Ometeo - a Tex Mex inspired restaurant which opened December 2023.
