we are a small, no-brow, neighborhood restaurant located in the lower highlands near downtown denver. at our core, uncle is a ramen shop serving our take on a traditional japanese staple. we use authentic and traditional ideas to create our new-style take on ramen. additionally, we serve a menu of small, asian influenced dishes. our rotating menu is built around the highest quality, custom-made noodles, responsibly raised meat, fish and eggs, seasonal produce and long-simmered broths.
